My stay was enjoyable as the staff was warm and welcoming. The nearby Schiller Woods-West offers a great space for a peaceful stroll just over 2 km away, making it easy to connect with nature amidst the city's buzz.

The pool was a hit with my two girls, who enjoyed splashing around while I relaxed nearby. The comfy beds were a great end to our busy days exploring Chicago.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options.

Woke to a stunning sunrise from my window, making my stay worthwhile! The staff were exceptionally accommodating, helping me switch rooms effortlessly when needed.

However, the first room I entered was incredibly musty, which was a mood killer. The outdated air conditioning system made it hard to sleep comfortably.

The grilled steaks at Sorrento Village had me dreaming! Plus, the shuttle service to ORD made my trips super breezy. The team at the front desk was really helpful with luggage too!

On the flip side, my room could’ve been cleaner—splattered walls and hair in the corners were a bit of a mood killer. Plus, the bar shut down early, which was a bummer.
